Teacher's Guide

About this Guide

The Made in China Teacher's Guide links together multiple resources for teaching Chinese art, history and culture:

  • The six-part Made in China series, produced by Twin Cities Public Television
  • The extensive collection of Chinese Art at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts
  • Primary source material related to unit themes, such as poems or newspaper articles.

The guide was written primarily for grades 7-12, but teachers are encouraged to adapt lesson materials for their own classroom.
